Why doesn't the Odnoklassniki API give the required rights?

Hello everybody.
I need to connect to OKapi using oAuth 2.0 in PHP. To begin with, I used this class , rewriting the parameters for classmates. Then I used the official PHP SDK . Then I tried this code
scope=VALUABLE_ACCESS ... I wrote it everywhere
The problem is that instead of the required one,

I always get it

with my logo and data.
When you click on "Login" it redirects to redirect_uri?code=CODE (as it should be), but it gives only a white screen without errors and notices.

Hang up. The official PHP SDK works. I just reconfigured it from scratch and the problem went away.
