I want to click in the Input field (or on the button) in mobile Chrome, the QR code scanner opens, after scanning, the recognized one is inserted into the field. How to do this?

So far, I have made it so that the QR code contains the site.ru/?id=12345 link, I scan it with the camera on my phone and the site opens in the browser with the data I need. I would like qr to contain only data, without reference to the site.
