Extensions are not installed on the portable version of chrome (16.0.912.77):

Accordingly, they are not synchronized when authorizing in chrome. And I have a strong feeling that before the applications worked on the portable version (and synchronized). What could be the problem?

It is also worth checking the rights if it is NTFS. Try to repeat on FAT.
