It is not the dollar that has grown now, but the ruble has fallen, because for the second day in a row not only the dollar is growing against the ruble, but also the euro.
And the components depend on how much they are needed right now (equipment quickly becomes obsolete, cheaper, a new one comes out).
Take it. I have noticed for a long time that prices are corrected for an increase instantly, but almost never for a decrease.
