In Gmail: "Android Login V1 - Full account access." What is it?

Today I found such a permission for authorized access to a Google account:
Android Login V1 - Full access to the account

I don’t really understand what it is, I didn’t find any official information. What is being googled is the speculation of individuals, not even in tech forums. For example, that this appears after installing CyanogenMod, but I never installed the left firmware at all, and Cyanogen in particular.

I have had an Android phone for a very long time and I don’t remember creating such a permission. I think it came out recently.

In general, there are two questions:
1. Does anyone know what it is?
2. Owners of android phones can see if they have such permission to access their account?

This is a side effect of the OAuth2 implementation in android in versions prior to ICS. Any program on your android using OAuth2 tokens will be shown to you as "Android Login V1 - Full account access" despite the fact that the program itself may have almost no access to your information. Usually used for synchronization with Google Tasks (calendar, etc.).

in general, there is an "Android Login Service", which is actually a Google account tied to the phone.
it is quite possible that "Android Login V1" is an analogue of this.
The service is needed to synchronize the phone with the account.
