How to remove Google Pages or what is it at all?

After I left a comment on Youtube, I got some kind of Google Pages or Google+ service. I don’t use it at all and everything would be fine, but knowing the Google+ chips like publishing everything and everything in the public domain - how to remove this service or, at least, close the public access? And I wonder how it was possible to create an account on this social network without asking.

Without this trash, now you can’t leave comments on YouTube.
the entire list of your pages can be found here plus.google.com/dashboard , where you can also go to the one you need and delete it in the settings
