Can the extension access Google photos?

Good afternoon. Recently I found two unknown extensions "Gifty box" and "News online news with delivery" in my opera. I did not download any extensions, most likely they were installed along with a pirated game. After a little searching on the Internet, I came across an article How dangerous are these extensions for Chrome browsers, etc.?
I had a Google account "logged in" on my computer, so I didn't need to enter a password to open Google Photos. As far as I understand, the extension can only access photos and videos if you yourself go to the Google Photos website. But for all the time that I had these 2 extensions installed, I never went to Google Photos. Q: Could extensions access my Google Photos data in some way?

Technically it could: for this, it seems to be enough to take possession of the cookies with which the browser is “logged in” to Google. If the extension transferred these cookies and browser fingerprint somewhere , you can probably pretend to be your browser on another device and get access to all Google services under your account.
Take a look at the Google Safety Checker. Change passwords from Google, turn on two-factor authentication. All this is useful anyway.
