Hello. Recently, Yandex has greatly lowered the site in the search, for this reason we turned to those support for help.
Here is what they told us:

Your site is currently ranking in search results with restrictions from the algorithms. annoying types of advertising were revealed on its pages. Such types of advertising include, for example, popunders, clickanders, redirects of the parent window. Search has also introduced methods for recognizing shocking ads and deceptive notifications. It is possible that pages with similar elements were placed on the site without your knowledge.

The fact is that we placed ads (Clickander) only on pages closed from indexing in robots.txt. Or do even closed pages still play a role in the overall ranking of the site? Thanks

Closed pages do not participate in ranking, but the presence of advertising or, for example, malicious content can affect the search engine's attitude towards the site as a whole.
Regarding the downgrade of the site - try to remove such "annoying" ads from the site and write to support again. It happens that the site is restored in the search.
