Actually the essence: how far our country has advanced in trying to develop its own software and equipment. Not re-gluing stamps from China to the Russian Federation, namely our own production. Yes, everything is the same as always in Russia. And all these Elbrus are made just for show and the State. Orders with large kickbacks.
