Is there a GSM gateway with microphone and speaker ports?

There is a need to make voice calls from the application on the PC. A 3G modem can be forced to make a call with an AT command, but it’s problematic to receive / transmit sound (proprietary OPSoS software is not an option). When connecting a mobile in modem mode to a PC, you can make a call with an AT command, while transmitting / receiving sound comes from the built-in speaker / microphone of the mobile. You can, of course, connect a soldered headset, and everything will work, BUT you want the result to look decent, strict and serious, and not like a miracle Yudo skolkhozno on the knee. Hence the question - is there a GSM gateway with ports for a microphone and speakers?
