Implementing ranking among wordpress authors?

Hello everyone, guys who will tell you how to implement a page where the rating of all authors will be displayed.
Perhaps a plugin or some other solution?

1. For starters, you need this very rating.
   
2. Save the rating in the authors meta field.
   
3. You create an arbitrary page on which you get a list of authors, sort them by the value of the meta field and display them.
   

This is if there are not very many authors. Otherwise, you should do pagination so as not to display all the authors at once.
