Implementing Payments Wordpress users charge their clients?

Auto dealership website on WordPress.
User roles: Admin (me), Dealers (my clients) and Clients (Dealers clients).

As the owner of the site, users with the role of Dealers have to pay me a flat rate every month for using the site (Stripe Payment).
Dealers, on the other hand, should be able to tie a monthly payment through Stripe to a specific customer they create.

The question is - is there such a SAAS Accounting plugin for such purposes? So that I receive money, and my clients, i.e. Dealers could charge their customers for the cars they sold.

I hope the question is correctly worded. I've been poking around on Google all night, but other than the Stripe Subscription solution for WP, I haven't found it. But I need to find a solution for my clients, i.e. Dealers)
