There is a PayPal account confirmed, before dollars came to it and added to a dollar account, and the last time dollars came and fell to a ruble account. Do I need to create a new account and indicate the place of residence in the United States in order to receive them? Or won't it work? Or is there another way? Thank you.

At one time I was tired of looking for information about accepting payments in foreign currency on the Paypal website, I had to ask by phone. The answer was: "If you are registered in Russia, then no currency. Only rubles."

The problem has stabilized. Now citizens of the Russian Federation cannot receive $ on their own $ account.
Everything is automatically converted at a low rate, and if you deposit into a foreign currency account, it is first converted into rubles, and then your bank also converts back into foreign currency.
