Illustrator context menu stuck to left corner on OS, how to fix?

In adobe illustrator 2021, on OS, the context menu stuck in the lower left corner. That is, when I call the context menu with the right mouse button, it always appears next to the place to which the mouse was clicked.
Perhaps someone was able to solve the problem.
