Illegal use of personal data

I am not against the dissemination of my personal data, and on the Internet I am even ready to sign with my real name (and I do this by disclosing all the data, for example, when registering domains), because I don’t suffer from any garbage, if only there was an adequate resource.

It is a completely different matter that I am against it when my personal data can be used for any illegal purposes, and I will not even know about it. Starting with registrations of SIM cards in my name, ending with all sorts of Vector LLC for money laundering.

Are there ways to find out that SIM cards are registered in your name? What about firms? Or something else, for which you then have to prove that "the cow is not yours."
The main goal, of course, is to find out, and if possible (I hope), immediately terminate the contract - with the same SIM cards, close the companies ... I am legally illiterate, so I don’t know how to call it correctly.

In general, is it possible to make such requests to the relevant companies (for example, mobile operators) so that they report that such and such numbers are registered in your name, and then stop their similar activities?
Again, this is not only about Sims - they are an example.

The same applies to using your images (photos) without your permission.
1. It's hard to look for something like this
2. Even if you find it, it's hard to catch the one who used it by the hand.
Here, from my photo, posted on the Internet many years ago by someone I know, they have already made a demotivator:

Some already use it as profile avatars
Accidentally discovered.
It also smacks of infringement. And how and where they can use scanned passports (they gave the employer, the police officer, etc.) - only God knows.

Let's start from what goal you are pursuing. In case they come to you to prove that it was issued to you, and not you yourself? Well, everything is simple here: there is no signature in the document? So there are no questions for you. Yes, but not yours? An examination will prove that it is not yours, and again: there are no questions.
Make an attacker's life harder? It won't be easy. Well, if his Sim card (or something else) burns out, he will make another one, for another person. And it will not be easy to calculate it and attract it.

I think that this is anril, if only a blind application is sent to each company asking for deletion, but this is not realistic) With the same SIM cards, it seems like the regional branch has only the region's user base, at least they cannot do anything if you’ll apply not at the “place of registration”, ~ number of operators in the region * number of regions ...
Similarly with Sberbank, I opened a card in one region, for example, in another there is no access to data, as in others I don’t know what I described personally encountered this .
