Third party client for browser API based app, legal?

At YaMusyka, you can listen to music in the browser without even logging in. What are the pitfalls if you create a third-party client based on the browser API. After all, this API is already available to unregistered users. I read the user agreement, but did not understand how to interpret it. Thanks for the help.

It is possible to write the client. The question is in music. Ya.Muzyka suggests that the advertisement is played while listening to it - Yandex itself must have paid for the copyright! And your client either does not show ads, or impressions will not go to Yandex: D Developer
is absolutely right here - if one and a half people use it, Yandex will simply put it - it is big. If the client suddenly takes off, he will first send a notice of pre-trial settlement, and then go to court if love is not found between you ...
