How to get all members from all repositories of a specific github user?

I'm trying to figure out the github api. Let's say there is any user for example angular https://github.com/angular and you need to get contributors (participants) /repos/angular/$ { REPOSITORY_NAME}/contributors,
and you need to bring all this into one list.
