There is a need to check several hundred sites daily for viruses, so the API is of interest. The goal is to find out if the site is included in any database of fraudulent / malicious sites in order to correct the situation in time and not receive a corresponding warning next to the site in the search engine results.

No, and it certainly won’t be: the presence of such APIs will greatly simplify the life of the owners of all sorts of crappy sites.
If there is no malicious and extremely dubious content on the site, if the site has normal registrars and hosters and on the same IP there is no "free without SMS and registration) - the site will not get into the databases for sure.
