IKEv2 and flexvpn. How to solve the problem with reconnection?

Hello. I have a Cisco 2921 router with IKEv2 flexvpn configured, and Windows XP clients that connect to it using Anyconnect 3.1. There are no problems with connecting, but there are problems with reconnecting. If the connection is lost, the client tries to reconnect only for 30 minutes, although the reconnect timeout in ikev2 profile is set to 12 hours.
What could be the problem?
