Can I find a VPS rental in Europe without problems with payment from the Russian Federation?

Good day to all.
The crux of the matter is that payment for renting VPS of current projects does not go through (currently rented on DigitalOcean and ArubaCloud ). In addition to servers for developing small projects, VPNs and proxy servers have been raised there. All for private (personal use).
I tried cards of various banks of the Russian Federation (even those that did not fall under sanctions). Tried paying with PayPal. So far, no option has come through.
What do you advise?
You need a reliable VPS with bare Debian, no APIs or consoles needed.
