If you report the presence of a hidden miner, will it be legal?

I have my own application, and when distributing it, I want, for example, to add a hidden miner to the installer. The question is this: if I write in the rules for using the application, during installation, that there is a miner, then its use will be legal?

In theory, yes, only it will no longer be hidden.
But I condemn

Mining in the Russian Federation is not prohibited (yet)
Different bitcoins - too (yet)
But they are not money, but just some kind of garbage.
I would do as various smart people do, distributing Y. Browser - an installer where the checkbox "I want, I want, I want Y. Browser!" is already checked by default! (Moreover, this tick can be at the bottom, small and inconspicuous). It is necessary to write about the fact that there is a miner in the software bundle. It is necessary to give the opportunity to refuse to install the miner, but in such a way as described above. Users are stupid :)
