The ban on disclosing your skills, is this the norm?

Hello, did someone come across the fact that one of the points in the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is the prohibition of the disclosure of the grade, their skills and the requirement to delete this data from the Internet?

How widespread and ... is it a legal item? (Ukraine)

They do not have the right to prohibit the disclosure of publicly available information that does not belong to them. I've signed a bunch of nda's and have never come across this.
In general, I would recommend that you run away from such an agreement to hell. As a rule, if such clauses are found in the contract, then you will have such torment further ... and everyone - from the cleaning lady to the SEO will try to throw you and deceive you

Made so you can't post a resume and look for a job with your skills.
RUN from there!
And be sure to write here what kind of office it is so that everyone knows about it

Yes, it's a clumsy defense so you don't look for another job. It's easy - he posts a resume, only without a name and a photo. If you are nevertheless fired for this reason, the court will reinstate you at work (with compensation for forced absenteeism). Go to them or not - decide for yourself.

NDA in Russia does not work.
You can safely score and publish information

I am the owner of a small agency, this requirement is illegal and inadequate. As mentioned above, one of the "'effective managers" decided in this way not to let them find another job in this way .... don't go there, don't work with assholes
