If you reinstall linux, does GRUB get overwritten too?

I can not solve the problem and therefore I want to reinstall.

1. describe errors (problems).
2. when I throw axes from disk to disk, I use (grub: 0) grub-install
grub> root (hd0,2)
grub> setp (hd0)
grub> quit
3. Edit /boot/grub/grub.cfg manually with a
new I do not use it, it throws files on disks with axes. But maybe that's why it's buggy. Write more.
