If you're not using Kubernetes, why aren't you using Nomad?

Colleagues, listened to the LTE podcast #11. HashiCorp and the way of the samurai
There was a question.
If you don't or can't use Kubernetes, why don't you use Nomad to manage, schedule applications?

I'm not talking about complex applications or systems like hadoop. I'm talking about regular applications.

Because besides Nomad, there are many more options. Because we have been using XXX for three years now and do not want to migrate.
And IMHO there is a big problem in that there are a lot of video courses-articles on the topic "How to install and use Super-puper-tool", but there are practically no articles, and people who have worked with different systems and know from real experience when better Nomad, DockerComposer, Docker SWarm, Kubernetes, K3S, ECS. There are probably dozens more.
