Why is the Internet not working in the container?

I have Ubuntu 18.04, docker was installed, everything worked, but with some update, the Internet disappeared inside the Docker containers, I tried to change daemon.json, and put dns there, but to no avail, reinstalling docker-ce did not help either.

apt, pip, etc. don't work.
