If you delete a windows profile, will the folder of this profile or part of the data in this folder be deleted?

When you create a new user profile in Windows 7, a folder for that profile is created on your hard drive. All files related to this profile are stored there.
1) If you delete a profile, will the folder of this profile be deleted?
2) Or will only part of the data from this folder be deleted? If so, what kind of data could it be?

All. Although sometimes it happened that the folder was not deleted because some files were not deleted, Windows always honestly reports about this.
