It can be given in a fixed list, then the client almost always (they say Chrome can start sorting out IP from the list if it didn’t get through to the first one) will only stupidly take the first IP from the list.
2.
It can be given round-robin - then the IP will change in a circular cycle
3. It can
also be given "randomly" changing the IP order in the list
How you have it configured - I have no idea :)
