If I upload a duplicate application to the google play market, will there be any problems?

I found in github in the public domain the source code for an android application for ordering pizza. If I change the package name and sign it in android studio. Will the google play market find out that this is plagiarism? And won't they remove it?

Complaint will be removed. They may not be automatically removed for the first time, but also - what's the point of sitting on a powder keg all the time? :)
