If a program for editing files via ftp?

Need a program to edit the code on the server via ftp. Preferably with basic syntax highlighting (html, php, css, js) and the ability to create/delete a file on the server.
Required for Mac OS.

any IDE allows this, on Mac OS I use Sublime Text, you just need to install the plugin first

To hell with software, I use codeanywhere.com - there is a sandbox, ssh, sftp, ftp, google drive and dropbox.
I am editing the project via ftp.
