IDEA stopped running??

I had a problem that IDEA stopped running.
It just stopped running in the task manager, it does not appear.
Before this error, IDEA wrote, I changed the xmx error from 1024 to 2048, maybe if the number is returned everything will be fine, how can I return xmx without starting IDEA or what else could be the error ??
I don't want to reinstall

Try to find on the Internet where all the "Saved" ideas are, copy them and put them in a safe place. Reinstall, load "Save" PROFIT
