How to run Jetty in Idea 2017.3.3?

I'm going through lessons on Intuit mailru lessons. The course plans to create a game application, all lessons are conducted in an IDE different from mine, after going through the basics, the first task of independent work is presented - to launch Jetty without prompts. Couldn't figure it out on my own. Please tell me step by step how to install Jetty in Inteliji IDEA.
Note: I have experience in running a servlet container, my knowledge is at the level: "I can start Tomcat and then I can't.
