IDE for React on android?

I found a wonderful tool for react stackblitz.com
It works fine on an android phone, but from the minuses
- when you switch tabs, the browser unloads the page and you can easily lose data.
- does not work without the Internet
I want to find something similar for development on react for android. Any ideas?
