ICQ/QIP not working?

Just 2 minutes ago, I got the message "Your number is being used on another computer." Now when you try to connect, it says "Check your connection settings". Those who still work have significantly reduced their on-line contacts. Skype, now ICQ?

Really on Habré someone seriously uses it? And there is no need to tell that de “all clients are there” - really serious business negotiations are not held in ICQ.
