ICQ for win and linux with history synchronization

Please tell me the ICQ-program, so that it is both under windows and under linux and so that the history between clients is synchronized.

Either use something cross-platform type of the same qutIM and store logs somewhere in one place or synchronize them (as a separate question :)), or as an option use online like meebo, minus the logs are in 3rd party + you need to run the client browser for web client

I suggest using Skype instead of ICQ, it wonderfully synchronizes the history :)

I honestly don't know about synchronization (90% that it is there), but I use qutIM. Already about 3 years in * nix and 1.5 years in Win. I like. Try it.

As a variant of qip under wine (suitable only for those who are terribly used to this client under win)
It can store history both in files on a drop box and online on its servers

I have been keeping R&Q in the dropbox folder for a long time, I launch it here and there
