Bots in messengers for selling products?

Good afternoon!
We have an online store (a small catalog, there is an API) and most of our clients are from mobile devices. We want to start selling through bots in messengers.
It seems to us that this is easier than making a site ideal for usability + personal account + the entire payment procedure, etc. (we already have a good site and sales from it). In fact, the bot, using our API, must lead the client through the logical chain of ordering and payment. Ideally, there should be some kind of common logic and something like connectors to different bot APIs (telegram, facebook, etc.).
Who has already done this? What problems did you face? What bot-apis now allow you to fully accept payments (except telegrams)?

only if you have tech-savvy buyers, geeks,
and they are initially ready to buy your product from you
otherwise - this is an extra complication for the buyer

It's no easier than making a website + personal account + the whole payment procedure.
I'm not ready to buy goods through a bot, I want to read reviews, look at pictures

The simplest, incl. according to the possibilities and only for the web - hellotars.com
More complicated, more frequent, for the web and instant messengers - flowxo.com
But both with their own rake and Indians.

wepster.com - now they are actively developing the direction that you mentioned, at the moment it covers 4 messengers. Write your need to respond actively.
