I was looking for freelancers on freelancer.com - I got money there. I didn’t find anyone, but the money remained there, now I can’t find how to withdraw it from there (my personal, not earned money). Tell me how?????

Register a second "freelancer" account, give yourself a task (from the customer's account), complete it and pay. You will lose interest but you will be able to withdraw the money.
