Hello!
I want to make a video (and possibly a stream) where my voice will be and the video sequence will be a cartoon talking head.
Of course, I can roughly mount it in Sony Vegas or OBS - but this is somewhat not what you need - a lot of fuss and doubt the quality of the product)))
Maybe there are some special programs for such cases?
I don't know how to work with serious editors like AE - I need something simpler.
