I want to make a link for 40 km. Which is better for this distance Ubiquiti Rocket M5 or MikroTik BaseBox5 (RB912UAG-5HPnD-OUT)?

I read on the forums that Rocket M5 with a good antenna like: Rocket Dish 30/34 dBi can establish a link for more than 50 km (and even managed to 70). Basically, they write only for Rocket M5, although in terms of characteristics it is slightly inferior to 5HPnD. I would like to know your opinion about these devices. And which one would be better.

At such distances, the link is placed not by the transmitter (not so much by him), but by the antenna.
For Rocket, the transmitter power is 500 mW, for teak up to 1250 mW. Well, the antenna - which one will you choose. The standard SXT is probably not enough for such a distance, you need to read the specs more accurately.
Conclusion: both devices are good, but Mikrotik is better. =)
And close the distance with a good antenna, with a pronounced directional beam and a good gain.
