I want to know how much traffic is spent on loading a certain site through google, but where to look?

so I look at the information, and I can’t understand: at point A, is this the data that I sent or what?
B- is this the data that I uploaded ? or how? I don't understand at all.
I just want to see how much the site weighs.

A - this is how much it downloaded when loading the page, it's not enough because you got some resources from the cache (you can see it in the table)
B - this is the total size of the page resources - this is the page size
