I want to find "Rate of Change" size of daily delta data changes?

it is required to calculate the size of increase of all data every day.
The data is located on three CIFS balls, also 4 virtual databases, a virtual Exchange and a couple of web servers.

The standard tool for this case is perfmon. Logical drives, Exchange, IIS, MS SQL and Oracle performance counters are supported. You can take counters from remote machines, you can write to a file at any frequency (you can even once a day), you can build reports and graphs based on the collected data.
