I want to buy an LED bulb, have a question?

I want to buy an LED lamp , I heard that diodes need good cooling with radiators. There are 166 diodes in this light bulb, the lack of radiators confuses me. Is this light bulb worth it? Maybe something easier? Glad to hear any advice.

Just in case, let me remind you that 6500K is a rather cold white light. At home, where the body must rest, it is recommended from about 3000K and below.
Further, I am personally wary of unknown manufacturers of LED lighting in view of possible problems with the spectrum emitted by LEDs. The spectrum should not have dips and sharp transitions, repeating sunlight as much as possible. Otherwise, a person will feel constant discomfort, fatigue will increase. I consider it my duty to warn you, because I myself am studying the possibility of acquiring relatively inexpensive LED bulbs with a good spectrum that is comfortable for the eyes.

I had one. It consumes little and heats up too little (you can touch it with your hands).
It is interesting that at night when it is turned off, it gives a faint glow - apparently some kind of parasitic current still flows. During the day (again, in the off state), this was not visible at all.
Considering that these bulbs were in the corridor, we received a "night light" in the kit.

This is one of the worst LED lamp options. There are low-quality low-power Chinese LEDs, so they don't need a heatsink.
It will work for a maximum of 1500 hours, then it will turn blue - the phosphor degrades.
Do not spoil your first acquaintance with LEDs and buy something like this

you will not regret it).

Conventional diodes, I believe, heat up less than CREE monsters . Of greater concern is the quality of the soldering of all 166 diodes. Before screwing in 220, it is advisable to disassemble and see (:

in addition to the spectrum of LED lamps, you also need to choose the degree of scattering of reflectors.
There were in the practice of using lamps that shone brightly and with the right spectrum, but there was a bad reflector ...
They seemed to shine in a direction, not like an ordinary light bulb.
If you need to use something to highlight something, then you can not think about it.
Yes, it's true about LEDs. don't take nonames.
All the joy of using LED lamps will quickly disappear.
