What kind of LED strip is this?

LED lamp REV stopped working Art. 289067 24W.

Dismantled:

I can not determine what kind of LED strip it is.

And the power supply is also strange: not a 12V or 24V

PSU is working, I tried it on another similar lamp.
Who knows what kind of tape this is and where it can be bought to replace it in this lamp?

"Any suitable tape" will be drawn from groups in series-parallel to the operating voltage of the tape (12-24 etc). In this (and similar lamps) tapes are only connected in series (you can carefully look at the above photo) and the operating voltage is determined by the length of the tape.
