The domain broker is bullshit. It's like an agent who will contact the seller and all that. Look for the seller's contacts directly, in the rucenter there is usually a form where you can write to the person in charge of the domain. You can also search for it in the "domain store".
But the price will be there. For example, we bought one of the domains for 30 thousand (we asked for 50) and this is considered inexpensive.
