I want to become a full stack developer. What do you need to know?

I want to become Full Stack Develop for my projects. What books or courses should I take and read? I mean modern types of development. What Javascript, PHP, Ruby frameworks do I need to know in order to make the filling and cover for my sites, having simple goals, how to quickly, inexpensively and conveniently convey the interface and functionality to the user?
I know some Laravel and Angular JS, Bootstrap. But the web development industry takes every new step every day. Will this be enough or what else do you need to know?

@LightParticle

for your projects

- if for yourself, then it makes no sense to be limited to standard industrial frameworks
; they are needed if you work in a team, in the industry,
and if you want to make applications for yourself, then do as you like
. There is nothing convenient in Angular and Laravel - this is heavy crap
learn languages - js css html php - and just do it yourself without anything, vanilla and natural
, you can even not use a ready-made database - see database examples on files

If you already know Laravel and Angular JS, Bootstrap, then you are already a full stack, congratulations.
Of course, there is always room for growth, but for now, you can choose the topics that you need to study in your work. The basic foundation has already been laid.
(This is, of course, if "I know something" in the sense that "I can put it into practice" and not "I have already met this name somewhere")

Front-end: Vue.js, ES8, SASS
Back-end: Node.js, Express.js/Koa.js, MongoDB/PostgreSQL
In addition, design patterns and knowledge of best practice in writing clean code and structuring the project and features are important

Full-stack implies knowledge of both server (backend) programming and client (frontend)
Back: nodejs, php, python, c++, c#, lua, java, perl, mysql, oracle, mongo, pgsql, elastic, redis , sphinx, nginx, apache and a bunch of other languages, technologies and related programs...
Front: it's mostly html, css and javascript, plus tools, libraries, etc.

having simple goals in front of you, how to quickly, inexpensively and conveniently convey the interface and functionality to the user?
CMS Joomla! or create everything from scratch in PHP(back)/JS(front), relying on existing code architectures (see the source code of other frameworks) and design patterns: PHP , JS .
Bonus: here
