I turned off Skype, but notifications from it still come - so is it turned off or not ??

Recently I discovered Skype built into Windows, which is very different from the previously installed manually (inherited from the seven, which I updated to ten). OS - windows 10 pro.
In general, I migrated to him, because. on the Internet they promise improved performance and a black theme, which I immediately turned on ... In short, working Friday is over, I turned off Skype, I'm sitting relaxing, and then bam! - a notification arrives on the desktop from Skype (displayed in the new garbage at the bottom right, like other desktop notifications), in which a message from one of the contacts on Skype.
I looked at the task manager - the unkillable "Microsoft Skype" hangs in the processes, and in the details - the suspended "SkypeHost.exe".
Found a small explanation:
https://support.skype.

Why do I keep getting Skype notifications after I close the app?
If you have closed the Skype app without signing out, you may receive notifications. If you'd like to disable these notifications, you can do so in Settings or sign out of your account before closing the app.

But I don’t understand one thing - did I leave Skype or not ?? That is, I am now, as it were, online for my contacts, if I closed Skype but receive notifications? Or not?
