In short, working Friday is over, I turned off Skype, I'm sitting relaxing, and then bam! - a notification arrives on the desktop from Skype (displayed in the new garbage at the bottom right, like other desktop notifications), in which a message from one of the contacts on Skype.
I looked at the task manager - the unkillable "Microsoft Skype" hangs in the processes, and in the details - the suspended "SkypeHost.exe".
