I started freezing my laptop, what should I do?

After a new update that came to Windows, with an interval of 10-15 minutes, a freeze appears on the entire laptop, which reduces the fps and the operation of the laptop to 1 fps, after which it works normally again. What to do ? I even used the installed paid antivirus, made a complete diagnosis through it, cleaned everything on the laptop and even deleted the programs that I had recently downloaded

There may be many reasons. If it bothers you a lot, then the best thing to do is to reinstall Windows

Maybe the Update that flew in lays down the iron and the laptop overheats, check the temperatures of the processor and the hard drive, if the cleaning is too high, I also recommend booting into safe mode and checking the operation of your laptop there, maybe a fresh update is not friendly with one of the previously installed drivers.
