Hello. I opened a file written in Notepad via Sublime Text. There were krakozyabry instead of Russian letters. I accidentally saved it. And now I have krakozyabry instead of Russian letters, even in a notebook. How can I recover my data from this file?

I figured out the problem. I have converted the file to UTF-8. some characters were krakozyabry, some were Russian letters. on krakozyabry I began to use a replacement. I understood which krakozyabra is responsible for which letter. and replaced it in the file. one by one. and restored the file. thanks for trying to help.

If the Lebedev decoder does not help, then you killed the information when changing the encoding.
