Frames are visible in full size, how to fix it?
I created a rectangel and filled it with images, then added layer blur.
I did not set limits

Save the blurred image without a semi-transparent frame:

1. Create a copy of the rectangle and turn off the blur for it
   
2. Place a new rectangle under the blurred image and align both rectangles so that their borders match.
   
3. Select both shapes and create a mask
   
4. Now the upper blurred image inside the mask needs to be slightly enlarged, otherwise a translucent edge will remain.
   

The picture is ready, you can export it.
