I install the font, but it is not detected by Photoshop, what should I do?

I install the font Segoe UI Semibold, everything is in order. I open *.psd documents in which this font is present - Photoshop says that there is no such font. I downloaded another Segoe UI Semibold and I click to install. the system says that there is already one, well, I forcibly replace it. Again I try to open the same document, Photoshop says this font is not there. I already broke my head, I don’t understand what’s wrong. Colleagues, help out.

well, let it not be installed, you can still see its size and the fat content and the name you can see what else is needed to make up, what are you suffering, hammer it. the main thing is that it connects normally in html))) and to check the layout for pixel perfect there is a tool in chrome for example - that's what it's called

so it's not the right font. download from somewhere else. This happens with some fonts. type by name, etc. the same but essentially different

Дак как узнать версию того что используется? Или вообще решить эту проблему. Мне макет на вёрстку скинули, и требуется пиксель в пиксель сверстать. А с разным отображением шрифта это явно не получится. Что делать?
