I have such a problem. When you open the site, two scroll bars appear. If you hold down the mouse with the right and drag it up and down, then it will do it without a single delay. When I drag the left slider, it doesn't react at all.
But what's the point! When I turn the wheel, the site quickly goes down (the right slider goes down, and it takes a long time to go to the top). I think the problem is in the left slider. But how to remove it?
In the properties of the web, only the right slider is disabled, but I need it. At the same time, the left one just for beauty runs up and down and does nothing. How to disable the left slider?
